User guide :
For 1 liter of liquid use 12 sheets.
Dip the leaves in cold water for about 5 to 7 minutes
Press gently to extract the water before adding it to your liquid.
For a hot liquid: simply add the gelatin press and stir until it is completely dissolved.
  For cold liquid: heat (in the microwave) the pressed gelatine until dissolved then add this preparation to your cold liquid

store in a dry and odorless place.
